Refund & Return Policy

lamidaz Shop works with products from various categories, and we always strive to provide the highest quality items to our customers. Below is our complete return and refund policy, explained in detail so you can shop with confidence before and after your purchase.


Unboxing Video is Mandatory

  • After receiving each delivery, you must record a full unboxing video from the very beginning.

  • If the package contains the wrong product, defects, or missing items, this video must be submitted as proof.

  • If the issue is proven to be from our side, we will provide a replacement or refund at our own cost.

General Return Policy

You may return items if you receive the wrong product, fewer items, or a defective product.

There is no return option for dislikes. Products cannot be returned or exchanged due to reasons such as:
– You no longer want the item after receiving it from the delivery person
– The item does not support your specific device
– You simply changed your mind after purchase

The delivery man will not test the product under any circumstances, as it is not the courier agent’s responsibility.

Before returning any product, you must contact our customer service. The item must be returned in its original box, with the receipt, and in fully intact condition. If the product is found damaged, broken, or burnt after returning, the customer must take full responsibility.

Non-Returnable Products

The following types of products are not eligible for return or refund once sold:

Cosmetics & Personal Care: Used, opened, or seal-broken items cannot be returned.

Foods: Any food or fruit item cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.

Clothing & Fashion Items: Only wrong size or wrong product will be eligible for return. Used or washed items are not returnable.

Natural Supplements / Health Supplements: Opened or used items will not be accepted for return.

Digital & Virtual Products: Any digital goods such as software licenses, courses, graphic files, apps, or PDF files are non-returnable.

Electronics: Return will not be accepted if there are minor signs of use or if the customer used them incorrectly.

Refund Policy for In-House & Seller Products

Products will be delivered subject to stock availability.
If advance payment was made, refunds will be processed within the specified time frame.

lamidaz Shop offers two types of products:
(a) In-House Products: Directly sold by lamidaz Shop
(b) Seller Products: Sold by registered sellers on our platform

Refund Process:

  • For In-House products, lamidaz Shop handles the entire refund process.

  • For Seller products, both lamidaz Shop and the seller must approve the refund, which may take an additional 2–3 business days.

Exchange Policy

If the customer wants to exchange a product, an additional 200 BDT courier fee will apply, and the customer is responsible for sending the item back to the seller.

The product must be returned in its original box and fully intact; otherwise, the exchange request will not be accepted.

Refund Timeline & Process

Refunds will be issued after verification and approval.

After checking the returned item, refund will be approved only if the box, receipt, and product are intact.

Any cashback received during payment will be deducted at the time of refund.

If the refund is not received within the expected timeframe, please contact us via email, call center, or social media channels.

Your approved refund amount will be added to your Surprise Wallet. Refunds may take up to 7 days to process, and the Surprise Wallet balance can be used for future orders.

Precautions While Receiving Products from Courier

  • Before accepting the product, check the package carefully. You may also record a video if needed.

  • If the package is torn or damaged externally, do not accept it. If a damaged package is accepted, the full responsibility lies with the customer and no complaint will be accepted later.

Complaint & Communication Process

Our complaint team will maintain communication until your refund or service issue is fully resolved.

Please provide an active phone number during complaint submission. If we are unable to contact you for 10 consecutive days, the complaint will be considered closed.

Due to unavoidable circumstances, lamidaz Shop may cancel orders or modify/update any policy at any time. lamidaz Shop is committed to customer satisfaction, secure transactions, and a fair refund process. Our policies are designed to protect the interests of both customers and sellers.
